Clear Air Conditioning & Heating is family-owned, woman-owned, and locally owned. Michele serves as our president, and family members hold roles across estimating, operations, service, and accounting. Nobody here reports to a corporate office in another state. The decisions get made in Phoenix.

Trained Technicians, Never Paid On Commission
Every job is performed by a Clear Air employee. We do not subcontract, and we do not bring in temporary or piecework help. Our technicians are NATE certified and trained on all makes and models, which matters in a valley full of equipment installed across four decades.
Here is a detail worth knowing before you let anyone into your house. Our technicians are paid hourly or on a salary, never on commission. No one has a reason to sell you a system you do not need. We are relationship-oriented, not marketing-driven, and the pay structure is how we keep that honest.
We also run our own sheet metal fabrication shop, so custom ductwork and transitions are built here rather than ordered and waited on. All of our employees are covered by workers’ compensation insurance.

Warranty claims are where homeowners find out what their contractor is really like. There is no per-incident fee on the Clear Air labor warranty. There is no processing fee when we file a factory parts warranty claim for you. And we handle your warranty registration, so it is done right the first time.
Routine maintenance plans are available through our Ultimate Savings Agreement, which also keeps the maintenance requirement in your manufacturer’s warranty satisfied.
Serving All Of Maricopa County
Phoenix, Peoria, Surprise, Glendale, Scottsdale, Gilbert, Chandler, Mesa, Buckeye, and Cave Creek. This is the only market we serve, and the dust, the monsoon debris, and the 115-degree afternoons are ours too. We know what this climate does to equipment because it does it to ours.

More than half of our work is commercial. Rooftop units, light commercial systems, tenant improvement, new construction, scheduled maintenance, commercial indoor air quality, and plumbing are all handled by the same crews and the same standards. We are reachable around the clock, which is usually the first question a property manager asks.
