Build A Career With A Family-Owned Company

In this trade, plenty of shops pay technicians on commission and hand the hard jobs to subcontractors. We do neither. Our technicians are paid hourly or on a salary, and every job is done by a Clear Air employee. That changes what the work feels like day to day, and it changes what you are asked to say to a customer standing in their own kitchen.

Small Enough That The Owners Know Your Name

Clear Air Conditioning & Heating has been family-owned, woman-owned, and locally owned since 2008, with our president working in the business alongside family in operations, service, and accounting. Attentiveness, responsiveness, respect, compassion, grace, accountability, and empathy are the values we hold ourselves to, and they apply to how we treat each other as much as how we treat customers.

Our mission says we want a rewarding environment where our employees can succeed. Field crews, dispatchers, warehouse staff, and the office team all work out of one Phoenix location, and problems get solved in the same building where they start.

Where You Might Fit

  • Diagnostics, repair, and maintenance across all makes and models, residential and commercial.
  • Replacements, new construction, and tenant improvement work.
  • Parts, equipment staging, and our in-house sheet metal fabrication shop.
  • Dispatch, scheduling, purchasing, accounting, and customer care.
  • Service, operations, and field supervision.

We run a 24-hour emergency service, so scheduling expectations vary by role. Ask about the specifics of the position you want.

How We Take Care Of Our Team

  • Hourly or salary pay, never commission
  • All employees are covered by workers’ compensation insurance
  • Ongoing training on all makes and models, including the technician training required to hold our Trane Comfort Specialist certification
  • Work is performed in-house rather than farmed out, so you build real skill instead of chasing piece work
  • A local company with steady year-round demand across Maricopa County
